1.To sensitize the Government and service providers for enhanced accountability to citizens for Social Safety Net and Primary Health Care service delivery. 2. To capacitate civil Society in influencing the better planning and implementation of Social Safety Net and Primary Health Care services at local level. 3. To empower the citizens in demanding accountability and responsiveness from Government and Primary Health care service providers.
