Project Objective & Goal :

Goal: Enhance capacity of the selected communities to increase their resilience to the impacts of climate change Objective: To enhance the capacity of coastal communities towards the adverse effect of salinity. Activities:  Installation of safe and sustainable drinking water supply facilities for Priority/ /climate change victim household/communities in Project areas. (Including alternative technologies)  Improved and resilient sanitation services ensured among hardcore poor  Conducting Hygiene sessions and Health sessions with community groups  Capacity building and Livelihood development support for adaptation to climate change vulnerabilities  Formation and functioning of “Local Disaster Resilience Club” as the front runner and mobilization group for climate change  Networking & advocacy with LGIs/local like-minded NGOs/service providers for ensuring the priority of services for climate change victims
