| Community Based Safe Water Supply & Arsenic Mitigation Project |
To mitigate Social and Health problem through awareness of the community and increase the access of safe drinking water in arsenic affected areas.
During the 1st year of the project no mitigation option was provided according to the project implementation strategy. As a result when the test was completed and arsenic contamination of the area was determined people showed the negative attitude the project. As it is an action research project and unicef involved eight partner NGOs to implement the project in different upazilla of different District so that decision on various findings was delayed which sometimes created problem in implementing the project.
