Goal:
Strengthening governance of the health service providing organizations and empowering poor and marginalized people for accessing and claiming their health rights.

Direct beneficiaries:
For achieving beneficiary target, priority will be given to the person with disability, widow, destitute, Horizon/Dalit, youth & adolescent and old age people among the poor people of urban informal settlements. As per the designed activities, a total of 225 community people will be the member of Community Health Promotion Group (CHPG). By rotationally involving these members, a total of 900 poor and marginalized community people will be awarded and mobilized on health services from 45 community awareness and mobilization meetings. These 1125 poor and marginalized community people will be the potential direct beneficiaries of this project. From these beneficiaries, the project team will track them who will receive services or attempt to receive services from the health service providing organizations like Rangpur Medical College, Health Department of RpCC, Urban Health Care Centers, Bronchitis Hospital, School Health Center and other welfare social organizations related to urban health services. Along with the direct beneficiaries, the people who will be encouraged to go for service by observing the sessions, the print & electronic media personnel will act as the catalyst for marginalized community people, the respective officials of the health service providing organizations and other members of community support organizations will also be considered as the beneficiaries of this project.
