Training Strategy

  • Provide need based/demand responsive training
  • Upgrade training contents and courses
  • Review and upgrade training manuals /modules
  • Arrange to provide customized training according to the needs and specifications of the requesting client organizations
  • Design and develop new training courses, communication materials and upgrade existing training materials
  • Integrate gender issues in the WatSan training and service packages
  • Decentralize training services to the grassroots level
  • Generate skilled trainer at grassroots level and update core group trainers by way of regular communication/meeting
  • Follow-up post training activities
