NRC always does its utmost to present information through avenue that provides accelerated information flow for the stakeholders, different institutions, and individuals. The database developed by NRC in 2005, was only used internally by the staff of NGO Forum and by visitors to NRC. Now the WatSan Database has been made online in a comprehensive and updated form with the objective of making information flow more accessible to all stakeholders.

The National Resource Centre (NRC) has been working under the umbrella of NGO Forum for Drinking Water Supply and Sanitation as the ‘Centre of Excellence’ in the WatSan sector. Indisputably, The NRC library embedded with a rich collection of different kinds of publications, resources and services have been pushed forward to be known as a national archive for WatSan also. The collection of useful documents, reports, journals and books, particularly on WatSan; development issues, health, hygiene, environment and poverty is capable to meet the demand of researchers, professionals and also the academic thirst. The rationale of the NRC library is to provide any relevant and necessary information to all.

Information on resources is regularly updated in the Library Information System (LIS), which facilitates functions such as maintaining member registration, cataloguing, acquisition and circulation. In order to make the search option more accessible, the LIS has been made available on-line for usage around the globe.

NGO Forum publishes and disseminates Annual Report, Quarterly Newsletter WatSan, Monthly Bangla Newsletter Paniprabaha, Monthly WatSan Bulletin, the Organisational Brochure in Bangla and English versions, the WatSan Information Diary, Poster, Leaflet, Books on successful community initiatives, different Study Reports etc.
